The knowledge society is conceptualized as an innovation of information technology and communications, where the increase in transfers of information modified in many ways the way we develop many activities in modern society.

The difference in the knowledge society and the information society is that information is not the same as knowledge, information being an instrument of knowledge. Knowledge is one that can be understood by any reasonable human mind, while information are those elements that are mainly for commercial interest.

The aim is to open the space to the active involvement of young people in discussions on the issues that affect them regardless of their membership -North or South / East or West-. But it is also an area of social awareness and cultural commitment which involves any action and artistic creation.

It ́s is not only creating art in the conventional sense, but art as an ethical model of mutual understanding and coexistence, a participatory culture.
